NYC Winter Solstice Ritual Circle

Blessed Be. As the Wheel of the Year turns once again, gather with us in sacred circle (socially distanced) to welcome Winter Solstice and celebrate the longest night, the shortest day and the rebirth of the Sun. Winter Solstice, also known as Yule, marks the peak of darkness before the Sun begins to wax and bring light back to the day. It is a time of deep reflection, hope, trust, joy and rebirth.

Join us for ritual and ancient Celtic practices as we honor the liminal space leaving darkness and the spiritual rebirth within each of us.

Please pre-register. Please bring one small candle in a glass container. All other materials will be provided. We will meet at the 218th St. entrance to Inwood Hill Park. We will gather rain, snow or shine. Please bundle up!

Energetic Exchange:

Sliding Scale:
$20 ~ Blessing
$30 ~ Exchange
$40 ~ Offering

The ancient Celts lived in deep relationship with Nature and their lives physically and spiritually were guided by the seasons. We have made three Energetic Exchanges available to you in honor of where you find yourself in the seasonality of your own life. Blessing honors the time of Autumn/Winter when we are post harvest and have just enough to sustain ourselves. Exchange honors the time of Spring/Summer when our life is blossoming and we are able to share and exchange what we have with each other. Offering honors the time of Summer/Autumn when we are harvesting and reaping the abundance of what we have cultivated and able to support ourselves and others in our community.
