Pranayama is the practice of controlling your breath as a way to direct your vital life force (prana). Among many benefits, practicing pranayama can decrease feelings of stress and overwhelm, reduce anxiety, bring calm and cleansing to your body & mind and increase energy levels.
In this workshop, you will learn and practice pranayama techniques to heal, revitalize, recharge, and balance both body and mind, as well as tools to set up a daily practice at home.
